- To maintain contacts with Key Corporate Accounts of the market
- To develop contacts with new/targeted corporate accounts
- To increase corporate segment production and maintain sufficient hotel market share
- Be proactive / to arrange meetings with existing and new accounts (Sales Calls, Trade Shows, Sales Blitz, mailing campaigns, Social Networking)
- To follow up repeating business requests
- To collect feedback from customers
- To monitor competitive set hotels and the shift of business from/to city hotels
- To analyze current sales data versus previous years, take corrective actions based on detailed analysis
- To meet and exceed sales goals
Требования
- Strong knowledge of Corporate market/segment
- Good communication and writing skills
- Fluent English
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work extra hours with short notice deadlines
- Hotel Sales experience is a must
- OPERA computer system knowledge
- Microsoft Office (Excel , Word) knowledge is a must
