The company helps to educate people about eCommerce by launching different educational events and interviews with employees in the eCommerce sector. Firstmovr is a super young company - the startup entered the world in April 2020.

The founders of the company - Oskar Kaszubski & Chris Perry.

  • Oskar is a global eCommerce leader and consultant with 16 years of experience leading digital transformation for global, mid-size, and start-up organizations, including Kellogg’s, Mondelez, Kimberly-Clark, and other Fortune 500 companies.

  • Chris is the generator on a mission to empower Leaders of Change to win in digital commerce and beyond. As CPG eCommerce practitioner and advisor, he has led the eCommerce strategy, capabilities, activation, and education at RB, WellPet, Kellogg’s, and other top CPGs.

What will you do?

  • Communicate with people via LinkedIn Sales Navigator - search for whom to invite for a specific event;
  • Build proper follow-up funnels for people to remind them about particular events;
  • Send newsletters via HubSpot CRM - after an event happens you need to share all the marketing materials with the audience (recordings, booklets, notes, presentations, etc.);
  • Pitch custom eCommerce educational programs to big companies like Unilever, Colgate, P&G, etc.;
  • Consulting tasks - building PowerPoint presentations; conduct particular research; data processing;
  • Find and coordinate freelancers (i.e. WordPress Developers or Figma Graphic Designers);
  • Find ways to optimize the system and team performance.

Additional tasks

  • Create useful content for LinkedIn - post information about events, announcements, etc.;
  • Help with adapting the content for social media channels.

  • Fluent English (especially, written - with strong grammar);
  • Analytical skills and ability to understand data;
  • Be an initiative, proactive and goal-oriented person;
  • Previous experience with CRM systems or ability to quickly learn it;
  • Knowledge of MS Office (especially, MS Excel);
  • Knowledge of GSuite;
  • Editing skills - you're not expected to write anything from scratch but be able to check for punctuation;
  • Motivation - you're eager to learn, want to help the business grow, and be the 4th employee of the company;
  • Ability to adjust to the EST time zone (it means to work from 16:00-00:00 Moscow time).


  • Full-time employment (8 hours per day, 5/2);
  • Remote work. You may be located in any country or city, just need a good Internet connection.
