IT company PeerBoard brings everything the client needs to build a truly branded online community, connect with customers, and grow without a single tech headache. This is a modern community platform designed to live as an organic part of the client’s existing website or product to easily create an engaging discussion space wherever the users already are. 

PeerBoard is based in Silicon Valley and grows super fast - there are dozens of new clients each week and all of them have their own questions. That is why the company is looking for a Junior Customer Support & Success Specialist with experience in zero-code integrations who will help the company's CEO, Mikhail Larionov, interact with customers and answer their daily questions. 



What will you do?

  • Take over the customer support load and use this feedback to also contribute to the feature request and improvements roadmap to minimize future customer confusion and churn.
  • Investigate customer requests and problems, including different interoperability challenges between PeerBoard and other products (memberships, CMSes, integration software, and more).
  • Find solutions to customer problems and if needed, drive the engineering team to add critical missing functionality by maintaining a customer-driven feature request roadmap.
  • Get to know both the product and competitors to write detailed product comparisons for PeerBoard and top-10 competitors in our space (e.g., Discourse, Tribe, Vanilla Forums, etc). A pressing task since the team is starting to write those articles for their website.
  • Create educational integration recipes, combining PeerBoard with complementary products - mainly for the customers of those products to learn how to use PeerBoard (e.g., PeerBoard + Memberful).

Требования

  • Excellent written English skills - you'll communicate with clients of PeerBoard in the USA, mistakes are not tolerable;
  • Experience in zero-code integrations - you need to have the technical competence and the ability to quickly integrate one product with another (this is not equal to being able to code);
  • Attention to detail - you check every comma in the email before sending it;
  • Problem-solving skills - you can help a person with the most difficult question and will not rest until you find a solution to the problem;
  • Great communication skills - you will have to communicate a lot with people, and as you know, all people are different. You need to be able to find an approach to anyone, even the most complex person;
  • Writing skills - this is necessary for content writing for the PeerBoard's website;
  • Ability to adjust to the PST time zone - it means to be available during PST morning (19:00 to 00:00 Moscow time) for the first couple of weeks/months. If the CEO decides that you can manage without his help, your working hours will be flexible.

  • Part-time employment (4 working hours per day, 5/2). Please note that we support your desire to combine this job with studies, however, we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs.

  • Remote work. You may be located in any country or city, just need a good Internet connection and the opportunity to adjust your working schedule to have overlapping hours with the team.
