  • Masha Sharma has 20 years of professional experience. She is a member of the Forbes Technology Council where she shares her expertise in information technology, product development, and startups. Masha has extensive management, consulting, system development, user experience, data integration, technology, and program management experience. She holds a Masters Degree in Information Systems Management from The School of Business of George Washington University.

What will you do?

  • Help with recording & launching podcasts with real-estate market leaders (the main goal right now is to record 5-10 podcasts before the launch); 
  • Create content for the social networks of Real Atom based on their podcasts (i.e. write blog posts for a website);
  • Create a content plan to post content regularly and then track its performance (based on efficiency metrics);
  • At least once a week do email marketing campaigns, analyze them & optimize them for better performance (i.e. write onboarding emails for new employees & and emails for existing clients);
  • Help to create paid advertisements on LinkedIn & other relevant social media channels (this will only be done in the second quarter of 2021st);
  • Prepare lists in MS Excel - clean up the data for better targeting campaigns. 

Other possible tasks

  • Help to create investor decks - create new presentations or optimize exciting ones;
  • Help to prepare marketing flyers from existing examples.

  • Excellent written & spoken English skills - you'll communicate with the audience in the USA, so we don't want to hear or see any mistakes;
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and/or Google Sheets - we expect you to know at least VLOOLUP or MATCH formulas, but the more the better;
  • Good tech skills or the ability to quickly learn how to use certain software & tools;
  • Be interested in creating podcasts;
  • Be interested in financial real-estate markets - it’s gonna be a little bit hard to create social media content without having any interest in that topic;
  • Ability to adjust to the EST time zone - it means to be available during EST morning (17:00 to 22:00 Moscow time).

Not required but will be a big plus:

  • Knowledge or experience in using CRM systems that are used in the United States (for example, HubSpot).


  • Full-time employment (8 working hours per day, 5/2). 
  • Remote work. You may be located in any country or city, just need a good Internet connection and the opportunity to adjust your working schedule to have overlapping hours with the team.
