Now the company is looking for a responsible employee for the position of Marketing Coordinator & SMM Manager who can creatively (but in an organized way) approach any issue and help the company grow. Is that you? Apply now!

What will you do?

- Manage social media of the company (Facebook, Telegram, website blogs) - create engaging content for the company's target audience. Facebook is the top priority for the company right now, so be ready to prepare content for this social media first.

- Create posts for social media, law-oriented platforms, and websites such as Law FirmLegal Insight

- Apply to various rating competitions approximately 5 times a year, prepare all the needed materials.

- Organize online/offline events for clients (for example, themed exhibitions), coordinate event processes, and have public talks on these events.

- Deal with documents, contracts, fill in client forms, communicate with raters.

- Communicate with lawyer colleagues to work on the documents together.

- Coordinate marketing activities, create marketing campaigns - for example, prepare all the materials in honor of the 10th anniversary of the company on the market.

- Plan and implement the expansion to Instagram and LinkedIn - now the company is present only on Facebook, Telegram and owns professional sites, but they want to expand their presence in other social networks. You will work on Instagram and Linkedin exit strategies with the team and be responsible for generating content in the future.

- Proficiency in spoken and written English - you'll write all the content in English as well as communicate with international companies, fill in information about the law firms' ratings. So we expect you to have a minimum of an Advanced level and you need to be able to match the needed brand voice/tone, and for sure we don't want to hear or see any mistakes. 

- Excellent communication skills – you formulate your ideas clearly both in Russian and English. In addition, you love to communicate with people and can support a conversation on any topic.

- You are not afraid to share your knowledge with colleagues on the topic of your competencies and are ready to become a speaker at the event and share your knowledge with others.

- Excellent writing skills - you can write a great text even on the most boring topic.

- Proficiency in spoken and written Russian - you write and speak without any mistakes.

- Good MS Excel skills - you'll work in Excel a lot, so we expect you to know at least some formulas.

- Ability to work with a lot of data and texts - you would have to digest large amounts of information down and interpret it, considering certain rules and requirements. 

- Ability to cope with a large amount of routine work with pleasure.

- Good analytical skills. 

- Structured thinking, knowledge of programs that help to systemize the data, and the ability to build processes neatly.

- Organizational skills: you know exactly how to organize your work and personal time efficiently and don't want any minute to go to waste.

- Marketing / Journalism / SMM experience - we're looking for someone with good writing skills. 

- Proactivity and initiative – we expect you to be a person with many ideas, not just an executor. 

- Independence and self-reliance: you can make decisions & ask for relevant info on your own without being constantly supervised.

- Excellent attention to detail – you should be the person who cares about spelling/spacings/colors/texts/fonts/labels, proofreads, and checks for mistakes of others.


- Part-time employment (4 hours per day, 5/2) during the trial period (1-3 months), further - full-time employment (8 hours per day, 5/2). It will be almost impossible to combine a full-time job with studies, so we are only considering graduates for this position.

- Remote work. You may be located in any country or city, just need a good Internet connection.

- Flexible working hours - we are open to discuss when you would like to start your working day.
