Fridge No More is a New York-based company providing the service of 15 minutes free grocery delivery with no minimum order, no hidden fees, and no subscription. The company is run by Anton Gladkoborodov and Pavel Danilov – successful entrepreneurs with impressive experience and several other startups.

The company is growing super fast and will grow even faster in the coming months by opening many new stores in the US. Therefore, they're looking for more people to join their team - right now they need a Junior E-commerce Catalog Manager to manage the company’s grocery catalog with more than 2000 products. What will you do?

  • Organizing and structuring the product cards - you need to search and calculate the proportion of proteins, fats, and carbohydrates of each product. Right now there are 2000 cards that need to be organized, and the company consistently adds more products. 

  • Systemizing the products in groups based on their type and labeling them - you will need to categorize and put tags on the products. For example, on the types of cheese (soft, moldy, semi-hard, etc.). 

  • Maintaining a goods database - finding product images, editing them, removing backgrounds.

  • Excellent attention to detail – you will be the editor of the online catalog, you should be the person who cares about spelling/spacings/colors/texts/fonts/labels, proof-reads, and checks for the mistakes of others.

  • Self-reliance and the ability to make decisions on your own. 

  • Proactiveness and strong willingness to help the company grow - we expect you to be a person with many ideas, not just an executor.

  • Organizational skills: you know exactly how to organize your work and personal time and don't want any minute to go to waste. 

Ability to adjust to the EST time zone - that means you will work from 16:00 to 24:00 (Moscow time).


What we offer:

  • Full-time employment (8 working hours per day, 5/2). For this vacancy, we consider only senior last-year students and recent graduates. Please note that we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs.
