Aysha van de Paer is a Swiss gender equality advocate who invests in alignment with her values. She has over a decade of professional experience in international real estate and private equity at large and boutique real estate investment, financial, and advisory firms in Switzerland, New York, the Netherlands and Dubai. Over the years she also developed a true passion for investing on her own account.

Since the summer of 2018, Aysha has been writing articles and publishing other free resources to help women get over their fears and get started with investing. She runs an online course, Invest at REST, designed to teach you how to invest and implement right away in a way that feels right without wasting any time.

Now, Aysha is looking for a Personal Assistant - a dedicated young professional who will help her with important but time-consuming personal and business tasks.

What will you do? 

  • Managing Aysha’s inbox - you will be sorting out her emails, creating a system, and unsubscribing to unnecessary advertisements.

  • Managing Aysha - you will have to draw her attention to important tasks and remind her about them. Make sure that she doesn’t miss important details. 

  • Managing Aysha’s calendar - reminding her about important upcoming events, setting up meetings, organizing calls and trips for both her personal and business needs. 

  • Help Aysha with her private affairs per her request - for example, finding a designer to renovate her garden, make an appointment, conduct a research of documents she needs to make a new passport.

Requirements: 

  • Fluent English - both verbal and written. Communication with Aysha and her team will be held in English, and you will also need to manage her emails, organize certain things, so we don't want to see or hear any mistakes. 
  • Upper-Intermediate level of German language - for dealing with personal requests you will need to communicate with people in English and German as Aysha is located in Switzerland. 
  • Strong self-reliance and the ability to create solutions and make decisions on your own with the minimum required confirmations. Remember - you actually need to be a “manager” for your manager.
  • You are an absolute champion of organizing & planning - you know how to plan all tasks and are able to remind Aysha of priority tasks. 
  • Ability & desire to learn - Aysha and her team use Calendly, Trello, so they expect you to quickly pick these tools up. 

  • Creativity - you're not afraid of unusual tasks and able to find the most creative solutions. 
  • Proactivity - you do not sit idle, but ask to add more tasks to your schedule.

  • Part-time employment (4 working hours per day, 5/2). Please note that we support your desire to combine this job with studies, however, we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs.
