What will you do: 

You’ll be doing front-end and back-end development tasks, working on the PeerBoard product since day one. 

Your day-to-day tasks will be: 

  • Developing front-end website architecture. 

  • Developing back-end website applications. 

  • Designing user interactions on web pages. 

  • Working on the product rendering. 

And many other possible tasks.

Requirements: 

  • Completed IT-related, Maths or Physics degree in one of the top technical universities: https://edunews.ru/universities-base/spisok/vuzy-dlya-programmistov.html.

  • You have a portfolio of projects (no matter whether they are studies or job-related, we value even your personal pet projects) that you have worked on, hackathons you’ve participated in. 
  • Readiness to work with React and Go.
  • Strong desire & ability to learn and develop - you get carried away when you learn more about this topic, you want to grow professionally in the company and bring profit. 

  • English skills - we expect you to have a minimum of Intermediate level. 

  • Self-reliance - you are able to work and make decisions on your own. 

  • Proactivity - you have a strong desire to help the company grow. You are open to new information and communication, we expect you to be a person with many ideas, not just an executor.

  • Responsibility - you can analyze the tasks and set your own deadlines. You are autonomous and can work on your own. 

  • Teamwork - you are open to collaborating and sharing different perspectives and experiences with the team. 

  • Ability to adjust your working schedule - the hours are flexible but you will need to adjust your schedule for team stand-up calls in the evening hours (GTM+3). 


Not necessary but will be a plus: 

  • Previous experience with React / Vue / Angular / Go / C++ / Java

  • Full-time employment - 8 working hours per day, 5/2. For this vacancy, we consider only senior last-year students and recent graduates and we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs.
