Fridge No More is a New York-based company providing the service of 15 minutes free grocery delivery with no minimum order, no hidden fees, and no subscription. The company is run by Anton Gladkoborodov and Pavel Danilov – successful entrepreneurs with impressive experience and several other startups.

Fridge No More started its services in October 2019, and now they manage 22 cloud stores across New York City, 600+ employees, and have tens of thousands of happy customers.

The company is growing super fast, they have grown 34% in the last 6 months and are planning to open new stores in the US and double the number of employees. Therefore, they're looking for more people to join their team - right now they need a Junior Recruiter who will help their HR Manager to manage the high-volume hiring process. What will you do? 

  • Maintain Applicant Tracking System to track the number of applicants, sort the candidates based on roles, track their each step in the selection process. 

  • Manage various databases updating the number of employees on different locations. 

  • Communicate with potential candidates via email or any other channels - process their applications, provide them with the required information, helping throughout the process of applying. 

  • Potentially conduct Skype Phone calls with the candidates to instruct them on the next steps after their application.

  • Excellent attention to detail – you should be the person who cares about spelling/spacings/colors/texts/fonts/labels, proofreads, and checks for mistakes of others.

  • Good MS Excel skills - you know at least a couple of formulas and can do basic math calculations there.

Working hours:

  • EST time zone, 9 am to 5 pm New York time - that means that the company expects you to work from 5 pm to 1 am Moscow time. 

Not necessary but will be a plus:

  • Experience working in Recruitment or HR.

  • Full-time employment (8 working hours per day, 5/2). For this vacancy, we consider only senior last-year students and recent graduates. We will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs.
