Anastasia coaches executives and creates a corporate culture in tech companies, building tech startups from 0 to 1. She joined Uber in 2013, launched Uber Russia as the first employee, and UberEATS in 2017.
Now, Anastasia, is looking for a Business Assistant for the Founders’ Community.

What will you be doing?
Creating surveys, announcements for the community’s Telegram channel.
Organizing and coordinating offline and online events - processing contracts with vendors, meeting the guests, ordering food, etc.
Working with the community’s members’ personal data - filling in forms based on the template.
Conducting research per Anastasia’s request - you can be asked to find an English language proofreader or vendors based on specific criteria, for example.
Writing specifications and details for a video editor - the community also creates short videos - you will be communicating the needs of the community to create good quality content.
Working with big amounts of information - digesting it down and creating texts in the required style.
Assisting with travel arrangements: booking hotels, flights.
Scheduling meetings in Google Calendar.
Managing tasks and working with Notion and Meetings Notes.

Requirements:
Excellent written English skills - you'll be writing for the community’s audience on their Telegram channel, so we don't want to see any mistakes.
Writing skills - you can catch the community’s style and interest the audience with your texts. You can communicate information in a short but compelling way.
Empathy & Communication skills - you can find an approach to any person, present the product and be the face of the community.
Tech-friendliness - you need to understand what you will be writing about and quickly get to know the platform.
Organizing skills: you know exactly how to organize your work and personal time and don't want any minute to go to waste.
Flexibility - you adapt quickly to changes and are not afraid to take on more responsibilities.
Self-reliance & focus on results: you can independently set goals, and achieve results. There will be no guidance and micro-management, you need to feel confident working on your own.
Proactiveness and strong willingness to help the company grow - we expect you to be a person with many ideas, not just an executor.
Not necessary but will be a plus:
Experience in event planning.
Writer’s/editorial background.
Location: this is a remote position, however, for this vacancy we consider only candidates living in Moscow.

What we offer:
Part-time employment (4 working hours per day, 5/2) with a switch to full-time employment (8 hours per day, 5/2) in the nearest future. For this vacancy, we consider only senior last-year students and recent graduates and we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs.
Flexible working hours: Anastasia is located in Moscow and would prefer you to work from 10 AM to 2 PM (Moscow time). Although she often travels to different time zones, so your schedule can be flexible.
