OSOME is an online assistant that builds financial back-office solutions for small eCommerce businesses (Amazon sellers, Shopify store owners, etc.). The company helps entrepreneurs who have better things to do than papers by managing accounting, reporting, and other financial tasks with the help of artificial intelligence tools. OSOME was founded in 2017 by Victor Lysenko and is headquartered in Singapore, also has a presence in the United Kingdom, as well as Hong Kong. Victor is a serial entrepreneur who's also the founder of such companies as Groupon Russia & RocketBank. 

Right now lots of new clients are being brought to the company, so they're looking for more people to join their team. OSOME wants a curious and motivated Jr. Client Success Associate. At OSOME they have client services at the center of everything that they do and this role is critical for ensuring the best possible client experience during onboarding and then during the lifetime of the client. What will you do? 

  • Following and improving existing processes - your primary task will be to communicate with clients and minimize their waiting time before the setup. You will receive a checklist of how to proceed and work with 50 clients weekly. 

  • Having projects that ensure once we see a pattern of something causing clients to have issues it is resolved once and for all.

  • Analyzing and systemizing clients’ messages - preparing reports about the conclusions. 

  • Checking existing dashboards if the information provided is correct - you will receive examples of the right information. 

  • Updating clients lists.

  • Remote work. You may be located in any country or city, just need a good Internet connection.
