What will you do? 

Your job would be to head up technical and data operations. So you will be: 

  • Writing Regex statements to manipulate CRM data and prepare lists for CRM campaigns. 

  • Maintaining WordPress sites - you will be creating new templates, plugins, security updates. 

  • Making sure to resolve any technical issues that the Sales & Marketing department might have. 

  • Maintaining and developing API Python scripts to move data through API across different systems, such as WordPress, WooCommerce, GoToWebinar, Google Sheets, MailChimp, etc. 

  • Working with designers and the Sales & Marketing team to build dynamic Google Slides presentations with live data. 

  • Working with the Octopus CRM system and collaboration tools - you will be sending invitations to events held by the company via the system.

  • Building web scraping tools for LinkedIn, Amazon, and other retailers. 

  • Staying close to vendor space to understand new vendors, features, and other opportunities to bring new functionality to the business.

  • Automating business processes - making them less time-consuming. For example, building a script within Google Slides to reformat the headings in a presentation automatically. 

  • Conducting research on various topics, collecting data, and manipulating it - you can be asked to find the source of new-coming clients using the data from a campaign.

  • Excellent written & spoken English skills -  you will be communicating with native English speakers in the team, we don't want to hear or see any mistakes.

  • Proficient technical skill - we expect you to have experience (or ability and desire to learn these tools in a few days) working with Regex, Python, Google Sheets & Slides scripting, API, WordPress, understanding of CRM concepts, and LinkedIn Automation tools.

  • Strong desire & ability to learn and develop - you get carried away when you learn more about IT technologies, you want to grow professionally in the company and bring profit.

  • Great problem-solving skills & Curiosity - if you have an issue, you try to find multiple ways of solving it on your own before asking for help from your manager. You explore and dig into information to overcome challenges. 

  • Organizing skills - you are good at organizing and structuring information and data. 

  • Stress-resistance - there will be a lot of challenging situations every day. We need you to stay focused and find solutions.

  • Ability to adjust to the EST time zone - the team works from 5 pm to 1 am (Moscow time). Your working hours can be flexible, however, please be ready to have at least a few overlapping hours with the team daily.

  • Full-time employment (8 working hours per day, 5/2). For this vacancy, we consider only senior last-year students and recent graduates and we will not consider candidates planning to combine several jobs.
