  • Fluent English
  • Solid writing background; experience blogging and/or editing
  • Robust online presence and familiarity with social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Vkontakte, Wordpress, Quora, etc.)
  • Experience working with brand monitoring, sentiment analysis, competitive research products (Mention, Google Alerts, YourScan, Hootsuite, etc)
  • Experience in support, marketing, analytics, sales, technical fields a plus
