We’re looking for a community support all-star to become our company-wide leader in content strategy, reputation control, and social media management. You’re outgoing, energetic, creative, and have a deep-seated desire to delight people and go beyond the call of duty to solve customer problems.
Требования
- Fluent English
- Solid writing background; experience blogging and/or editing
- Robust online presence and familiarity with social media (Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, Vkontakte, Wordpress, Quora, etc.)
- Experience working with brand monitoring, sentiment analysis, competitive research products (Mention, Google Alerts, YourScan, Hootsuite, etc)
- Experience in support, marketing, analytics, sales, technical fields a plus
