  • Creating a map of all the processes in consumer division;
  • Defining the conformity of the processes to the main goals: operational efficiency, profitability, customer care;
  • Pointing out the critical points, suggesting optimization plans;
  • Reports for management (BRM, monthly reports);
  • Creation and update working files for service business partners (Price-list, margin calculation file, visit agenda, other reports);
  • Calculating of target achievements;
  • Update statistics of current processes;
  • Clustering service partners;
  • Gathering information for creating united database.

  • Ability to deal with big scopes of information, attentiveness, good analytical skills;
